The City held an “open house” and solicited feedback on the plan to install concrete protection for the bike lanes on Spruce and Pine back in October. It was apparently a madhouse with hours-long wait times to get in. Here are the 1) the comments people left at the open house (this was produced to me as an excel sheet but when I uploaded it to scribd it turned into a pdf???) , and 2) the emails people sent in on the same topic.
